José Pariente, founder of the winery José Pariente has among its different varieties of white wine, Sauvignon Blanc, a varietal wine from Rueda.

The selected grapes for this white wine comes from some of the first vineyards were planted in Rueda more than 40 years ago, after the selection of grapes cold maceration is done, finally, fermentation and aging is carries on its lees for four months in stainless steel tanks.
